There are a further 3 large bedrooms another full bathroom with a huge corner spa over looking the majestic waterways also completed with floor to ceiling sandstone finishes and a heated towel rail.
The main bedroom has a 50 inch plasma screen television installed along with a DVD player.

Large kitchen flows to the indoor dining room and onto the outdoor entertaining area and alfresco dining by the pool.

The Billiard table can easily be converted to a dinning table which can seat 12 people comfortably

The kids can have their own space in the kitchen by the bar stools by the living room table or outside by the pool the choice is yours.
